What ages do you teach?
We teach preschoolers, kids, and teens and adults. The Adult & Teen Jiu-Jitsu program is for ages 13 and up.
Do I need experience or equipment to start?
No experience is needed and you do not need to buy anything for your first class. Just wear comfortable clothing you can move in and we will take care of the rest.
